I created an account but cannot open a locked story
A free account only includes the weekly free story. If you are trying to open another title, you will need an active premium membership.
How do premium payments work?
Premium membership payments are processed securely through PayFast. Once your membership is active, your account unlocks the full library.
Can I cancel premium membership?
Yes. Premium membership can be cancelled. If you need help with billing or account access, contact support and we’ll assist.
